George is the Manager of Sandy’s. Having managed both The Oxford Wine Cafe’s, George has a good knowledge of wines, beers and spirits. George will be on site most of the time so do go and introduce yourself to him!

Chris Sandbach
Chris, the oldest Sandy, is Director of Sport at Pangbourne school near Reading. Chris’s interest in Sandy’s came through his enjoyment of wine, especially ‘The Chocolate Block’ from Franschhoek in South Africa. A cool head and experience in and around Oxford is a huge asset for the team. If you see a 6ft 6 man in the corner with a glass of Syrah go and say hi!
Will Sandbach
Will Sandbach is constantly abreast of the drinks market and is always on the look out for new venues to move to. If he’s not playing rugby, cricket, football or tennis he’ll be on the case for the next Sandy’s expansion.
Theodora Sandbach
TK is recently new to the company. Slightly disappointed with her start to be honest, lacks wine and cocktail knowledge, doesn’t clean up after herself and frequent mood swings. Fingers crossed she’ll come good and up her game
